Job role

 

The Senior Project Manager is a member of the EMT Office. He/ She supports managing the EMT member duties including a wide array of different tasks including running projects in the relevant area.

Among other tasks, the Senior Project Manager serves as a communication interface / link for the in- and outgoing information and participates / leads projects where the EMT involvement is necessary.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Take responsibility for preparation for key meetings (e.g., AZS Executive Management Team meetings, management meetings, town hall meetings),
  • Develop decision documents, prepare presentations,
  • Ensure smooth processes in the EMT member’s office,
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic analyses and combine the operational and the strategic view. Through your professional, communicative nature, you work as an interface inside and outside the company,
  • If required, manage daily operational tasks related to the EMT member’s office such as: research, briefing preparation etc.
  • Leading projects as a member of the office of the EMT member in Allianz Services means experiencing fast and exciting challenges, combined with a unique career development.

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Work experience in an international environment
  • 7+ years of work experience in Consulting and/or Project management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills are an advantage
  • Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Allianz Group and Allianz Services structure, standards and organization would be an advantage

 

You have

 

  • University degree, track record at MA, MSc or MBA level would be a plus
  • English language skills in writing and speaking are essential
  • German and / or Romanian language skills would be an advantage
  • Problem solving skills as well as ability to analyze complex information
