Job role:


The Entity Risk Officer Support Expert in AZ Technology Romania will be responsible for supporting the Entity Risk Officer in his/her managing the day to day operations for Risk Management. This role will be based in Bucharest, Romania and will functionally report into the dedicated Entity Risk Officer and administratively to the Teamlead Risk & Control (Global Support), Romania. HR policies and procedures of Romania Branch will apply to this role.



  • Provide support to the Entity Risk Officer’s on risk, control and outsourcing activities and to comply with the Risk Policy Framework
  • Support the Entity Risk Officer in the regular Risk Reporting as well as maintenance of the local Risk Committee
  • Implementation and co-ordination of concerning risk, control and outsourcing procedures following the globally unified approach at AZ Technology
  • Co-ordination of risk assessments, control testing, development of mitigation plans and it´s follow up
  • Execute predesigned procedures and act as interface for IT-Risk Management/Asset Risk Assessments and all the audit related activities (internal, external and third-party) are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide support with the end-to-end management of risk management lifecycle activities, such as Integrated Risk and Control System, IT-Risk Management/Asset Risk Assessments, Third-Party Risk Management, etc.)
  • Manage periodic reporting requirements related to Risk activities to the direct report and to relevant stakeholders
  • Along with the Entity Risk Officer maintain the interfaces with other functions (Information Security, Data Protection, Compliance, Protection & Resilience, Internal Audit)



  • 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in Operational or PMO based roles in one of these domains: Operational and IT Risk Management, Information Security, IT Governance, Compliance, IT Outsourcing, Internal Audit.
  • Basic knowledge of IT risks and technical ability to moderate and challenge of the risk assessment performed by the first line of defense
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)



  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to take proactive initiative to perform research and find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems
  • Ability to develop and carry out plans to deliver quality results on time
  • Manage goals in situations without formal structure and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and open to new learning opportunities
  • Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual and international teams; International experience a plus
  • Experience interacting with colleagues in a multinational environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of openPages, ServiceNow, GRC Tools is a plus
