MIS Operation

  • Generate and distribute MIS reports/Sales Contest/Campaign Reports in accurate and timely manner
  • Provide and manage daily operation and information to distribution channels in relation to reports and MIS inquiry
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) of distribution channels
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
  • Provide Channels support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution related to MIS
  • If needed, preparation of monthly presentation for the Management on the key MIS reports, with an analysis and a progressive study of the same.
  • Manage projects relating to MIS reporting on documentation, progress, status management and training etc.
  • Understand problems and provide appropriate solutions to support MIS.
  • Responsible for quality of output, service delivery standards and operations standards in regarding to Allianz Operation Model (AOM).

Finance Business Intelligence

  • Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data and create meaningful reports to support business actions and corporate strategy
  • Provide in-depth and insightful analysis on trends and business drivers
  • Develop deep data analysis (related to financial, product, market) in close collaboration with Accounting, Actuarial and Planning & Control team
  • Support reports and / or workflows automation to ensure process stability and efficiency
  • Preparation of monthly presentation for the Management
  • Support ad-hoc requests from internal and external users, working together with regional Allianz finance team

Must Have

  • Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economic, IT, Engineering or any related field
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Insurance and / or Banking business and / or Financial industry

Nice to Have

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skill and creative thinking
  • Interpersonal skills with clear and professional communication skills (verbal and in writing) with Management
  • Proficient English written and speaking skills
  • Experience in SQL and / or data driven with advanced Excel skill
  • Experienced in scripting languages (e.g. Python) and / or BI tools is a plus
  • Able to work under pressure to ensure delivery of results
