Resilience is a company’s capacity to absorb stress, recover critical functionalities, and thrive in altered circumstances. It is especially important today because the business environment is becoming more dynamic and unpredictable, while we are facing various disruptions from extreme weather events, power outages, political turbulences to virus outbreaks.

Group Protection & Resilience is responsible for the governance, standard setting and systematic monitoring within all Allianz operating entities (OEs) across the globe. We define the core professional, procedural and organizational requirements to anticipate and prepare for, and adapt to changes and sudden disruptions in order to protect Allianz’ business operations (IT and Non-IT), personnel and physical assets so that the Allianz Group is better positioned to respond in an effective and efficient manner.

 

Going forward a new central Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) function will be established. We are looking for several experts with different background in Outsourcing or Third Party Risk Management or related activities like provider and contract management. The function will build up efficient digital processes on TPRM, handling all aspects of relevant third party risk, including delivery of services to various entities from the Allianz world who act as customers.

You will

The TPRM function will take care of end-to-end risk management in the context of third parties, ranging from partnerships and procurement contracts to regulatory Outsourcings. As a Senior TPRM Expert to support the Group Protection & Resilience team, you will take over responsibility for one of the areas listed below:

Communication & Awareness:
- Development and implementation of communication concepts and awareness
  campaigns with multiple stakeholder groups, such as expert functions (i.e. Information
  Security, Data protection), purchasing expert community, business owners and
  externals like third-party suppliers
- Development of multi-media training activities for expert groups and end-users

Contract Change & Maintenance:
- Coordination of regulatory changes as well as of change requirements from individual
   functions
- Coordination of contract change projects and monitoring of Contract Performance
  Testing/Quality Assurance in close alignment with the Global Procurement function
- Alignment with Group and OE Legal departments and contract change requirements
- Test strategy (incl. definition of metrics and reporting) planning, execution and
   reporting

Service Management:
- Service Delivery Management (IT services to organization, SLAs, ...) of the Third-Party
  Risk Management as a Service (TaaS) run out of AZ Technology and AZ Services
- Monitoring of TaaS Service Quality and onboarding and training of the TaaS team
- Interface to Group team and OEs in regards to service delivery and quality
- Translate Group requirements into definition of service delivery  
- Incident and problem management, incl. Monitoring, Follow up and alignment with
  Group stakeholder like Procurement

 

Your skills

  • Academic degree in business disciplines and ability to create, present and facilitate trainings in front of an audience.
  • Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure
  • Knowledge in contract management related regulations (e.g. DORA, GDPR, VAIT)
  • Profound understanding of contract management processes in Procurement
  • Experience in SAP MM/FI as well as Business Intelligence solutions are a plus
  • Ability to perform advanced analysis of contract data pulled from the different sources
  • Knowledge in common Office tools (in particular Excel)
  • English and German business fluent in spoken and written
  • Knowledge of relevant internationals standards, certifications are welcome
  • Sound MS Office skills
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory and additional language skills are welcome

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to analyze threats and incidents and determine the associated business impact
  • Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual, international and complex team environments
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting and facilitating trainings in front of an audience.
  • Ability to work self-responsible and autonomously, also at times of high pressure
  • Some international travel will be required
