What you do

• Proficiency in English at B2+ level, with German as a plus.
• Eagerness to keep learning and engage in pair programming, maintaining end-to-end responsibility with experience in Scrum or other agile methodologies
• Frontend expertise in TypeScript, Cypress, and Angular up to the latest version, with experience in MFE and web components highly appreciated.
• Backend knowledge in Java/Spring Boot up to the latest version, with DevOps experience in Jenkins and Kubernetes/Helm highly appreciated.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Dynatrace, Grafana, and ELK-Stack, utilizing tools such as IntelliJ, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement, leveraging modern technologies and tools to enhance development processes.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

What you bring

• Recognized professional designations in Information Risk Management, Project Management, Operational Risk Management, or Audit Service (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA, CRISC) are a plus.
• Advanced skills in MS Office; knowledge of ORGS and ServiceNow is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions/recommendations to issues or problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functional groups.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Information Risk Management, Project Management, Operational Risk Management, or Audit Service.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
