What will make you succeed in this position?

• University degree or Masters in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration or related (IT) field
• Minimum four to eight years of professional experience in information technology (IT) or IT Risk Management 
• Working knowledge of and experience with leading enterprise architecture and governance frameworks and standards (i.e., TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001, etc.)
• Experience working in global organizations with hierarchical structures
• Intellectually curious, strategic - seeks alternatives to challenges and is able to identify efficiencies
• Advanced analytical skills
• Self-starter, motivated to meet and exceed expectations
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language skills especially German are welcome

Your mission in the role will be:

    Act as information risk management subject matter expert for Allianz Class 1 and Class 2 architectural standards
    Perform regulatory compliance activities (i.e., risk scoping and fit-gap analysis) in close collaboration with Global IT Service Owners (GITSOs)
    Provide guidance & ongoing support to GITSOs and OEs throughout the end-to-end integrated information risk management (IIRM) lifecycle
    Collaborate and coordinate IT Steering and regulatory compliance activities with key counterparts in the Allianz operating entities (OEs) and at Allianz Technology
    Maintain information documentation for Allianz Class 1 and Class 2 standards on the Enterprise Architecture Management Platform - ADOIT
    Monitor and track information risks including mitigation actions in the enterprise governance, risk and compliance (eGRC) tool – Archer 
    Communicate risks, general updates on IIRM activities and other related risk management topics to respective stakeholders in a timely manner for regular and ad hoc reporting
    Collaborate regularly with second and third lines of defense for mitigation and reporting activities 
    Contribute to OE functional monitoring 
    Maintain knowledge of Allianz corporate rules, standard decisions and ensure compliance to them
    Lead informational sessions with a range of participants from all levels and manage feedback including subsequent requests
    Create content for and deliver training
