Auditors play a pivotal role in ensuring that risk assessments, controls, stakeholder relationships, and compliance weave seamlessly together and guide the organisation through the complexities or risk and regulation, working behind the scenes to safeguard our integrity.

The compliance team are the caretakers of our legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing decision making and integrity across the business including business operations and our relationships with stakeholders. By maintaining a culture of compliance and transparency, the relationship between Allianz and our customers is one that is based on ethical business practices, trust and doing the right thing.

Our Risk team are responsible for identifying and preparing Allianz to ensure our business and ability to support our customers are resilient in times of change and uncertainty. Working with audit, compliance and operations functions, the Risk function sets the framework for our future, so we can make decisions, solve problems and take entrepreneurial steps to navigate our future in line with legal and regulatory obligations.
