Transformation Programme Roles

We are embarking upon an exciting multi-year Transformation Programme, to ensure our business continues to outperform the market, delivering the best balance between profit and growth, whilst achieving exceptional customer and intermediary satisfaction.  

As a major part of our business strategy, the programme aims to deliver a future business model which is digitally data led, where Allianz customers buy our products and services with ease, simplicity and efficiency. This will be enabled through the delivery of a modern IT platform, built to meet our 2025 strategic objectives.

Being part of the Transformation Team will require you to be flexible, adaptable, embrace new ways of working and be up for a challenge. This is a unique opportunity that will provide growth, give you the exposure to build a global network and change the way we do business with our customers.

Project & change management

The Project and Change Management team support the business through periods of development, change and growth.

Provide specialist business analysis and change skills to projects, programmes and improvement initiatives. A large part of your role will be to plan, monitor and manage a variety of internal projects across the business from initiation to completion.

Solution Architect

The role of ‘(Senior) Solution Architect’ will be pivotal to shaping and supporting the UK organisation. Through architectures and architectural guidance around the build and deployment of the various technical components you will source solutions and challenge the status quo.
