Senior Manager Special Products
To support our further growth strategy (actual yoy growth of 15 %) we are looking for a new sales representative for the Dutch speaking part of the country. You will be part of a winning dedicated team of 4 Sales Managers supported by 2 Risk Managers, a Customer Service Manager and an Administration Manager under direction of the Head of Surety & Guarantees (S&G). Next to the further development of a client portfolio in S&G you will also be responsible for the sales of our Mid Term Credit Insurance business.
Duties, tasks and responsibilities~crlf~•Organization of the commercial approach according to the budgets regarding S&G~crlf~•Expansion of the portfolio of S&G:~crlf~•By entering into long-term relationships with the existing customers~crlf~•By attracting new customers via the direct and indirect prospecting ~crlf~•By negotiating with the customers at the C-level ~crlf~•By building relationships with potential partners such as brokers, Allianz, banks, professional organizations, …~crlf~•By presenting and defending the demands for new facilities in front of the Bonding Committee ~crlf~•Responsible for selling Mid Term Credit Insurance :~crlf~•Define prospect database and proposing sales plan~crlf~•Centralize all demands for Mid Term and prepare the files for Commercial and Risk Underwriting~crlf~•Animate and educate the existing sales force to stimulate cross selling~crlf~•Develop the business further via banking and broker channels~crlf~•Cross selling of other solutions offered by Euler Hermes~crlf~•Reporting to the Director Special Products~crlf~•Preparation of reports for the local Management and for the Group~crlf~•Coordination and assistance during new projects~crlf~~crlf~
