Sales and marketing manager (F-M)
Achieve portfolio targets through the acquisition of new customers
Reach portfolio growth and quality targets by:~crlf~ - Developing effective sales strategies through all distribution channels in line with EH WA marketing~crlf~ - Acquiring new customers based on own leads and prospects lists, as defined in the WA Marketing plan and according to the marketing actions and budget agreed with WA Market management.~crlf~ - Running local marketing actions with the support of local Market Management for events organization~crlf~ - Tracking sales activity in CRM systems (Copernicus, pipeline management tool...)~crlf~~crlf~Responsible for the prospecting and customer acquisition processes, from the qualification of the opportunity up to the Business Implementation committee and signature of the Master Agreement, including :~crlf~ - The full assesment of the prospect's needs so a complete profile can be created~crlf~ - The review of the risk appetite and capacity for potential World Programs with Risk Organisation~crlf~ - The agreement on precheck strategy, the creation and negotiation of the most appropriate proposal in line with the application of commercial underwriting guidelines, authority rules and standards~crlf~ - The identification and validation of commercial terms, conditions and price and the creation of the offer including the prechecks results~crlf~ - The full creation and formalization of the Master Agreement and program scheme~crlf~~crlf~Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards~crlf~ - Service existing brokers based on broker segmentation~crlf~ - Interact closely with other core functions (i.e., Risk) and other WA Teams (Central Team, Account Manager, etc.), as well as WA and Group projects~crlf~ - Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio~crlf~ - Manage, lead and train Sales Support to guarantee proper program acquisition and implementation standards~crlf~
The candidate should have excellent understanding of Financial organizations as the prospect strategy will be heavily geared towards Banks~crlf~Having a Banking background or Brokering background whereby Banks were clientele is a requirement~crlf~~crlf~Competent knowledge of the credit insurance industry, products and regulations~crlf~Advanced knowledge of regional and multinational market specifics~crlf~Advanced ability to manage multidimensional channels~crlf~Competent ability to build extensive networks with close contacts to market players and opinion leaders~crlf~Advanced ability to negotiate with customers in order to achieve results~crlf~Advanced ability to generate and convert leads~crlf~Competent ability to achieve challenging goals through organisation and personal drive~crlf~Basic ability to manage projects~crlf~Advanced ability to communicate well via all mediums (eg. email, phone) and at all levels of an organisation within a multicultural setting~crlf~Competent ability to operate in a matrix structure~crlf~Competent knowledge of basic IT systems (eg. MS Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems~crlf~Expert knowledge of written and spoken English~crlf~
