HR Coordinator Officer (50%)
Responsible for performing and monitoring administrative tasks of the entire HR department. Compliance with deadlines and quality (zero defects).~crlf~- Organises and classifies all HR information and data ~crlf~- Permanent reduction of all administrative processes and increase of their efficiency ~crlf~- Assistance with monitoring and checking the monthly Payroll
- Absence / presence management ~crlf~- Accounting / recording and follow-up of all HR-related invoices (swift) ~crlf~- Insurance follow-up and management, new subscriptions and outflows. ~crlf~- Follow-up of Movpers, welcome package and documents to be provided to new hires~crlf~- Follow-up of the completeness of files and mandatory training ~crlf~- Organisation of the administrative management training sessions~crlf~- Management and distribution of all social documents ~crlf~- Submitting of information to the social security ~crlf~- Assistance with selection and recruiting, ... ~crlf~ - Follow-up of all personnel administrative changes (e.g.: SNCB, Edenred) ~crlf~- Help with preparing amendments, contracts ~crlf~- Monitoring of telecommuting~crlf~- Help with preparing the social balance sheet~crlf~~crlf~
- 2-3 years of HR department experience ~crlf~- Orientated towards efficiency, speed and results ~crlf~- Organised ~crlf~- Availability ~crlf~- Discretion ~crlf~- Autonomous ~crlf~- Empathy combined with assertiveness ~crlf~- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, social media ~crlf~- Bilingual FR/NL and a good knowledge of English~crlf~
