CEE Business Process and change specialist

Do you want to build on your project/ process enhancement experience in our credit insurance business?~crlf~ ~crlf~We are Euler Hermes and we are looking for a CEE Business Process and change specialist with experience in managing complex projects or initiatives with ambitious scope who will become part of our team located in any of the EH CEE offices. The expected duration of the assignment/ contract is 2 years. ~crlf~~crlf~The aim is to deliver successfully all projects and process and change initiatives across the 5 countries of CEE (CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG) and across multiple departments – sales, risk, claims & collections, finance etc. The project and change initiative specialist will develop strong relationships with the internal client, develop deep understanding of the clients’ implementation objectives and drive the overall success of the implementation and change.

We would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:~crlf~ • Drive business process, project and change initiatives across the business selecting the appropriate/ best-fit approach - Agile vs. Waterfall vs. LEAN or other and manage accordingly;~crlf~ • Plan, schedule and track projects/ programs, with related cost estimation and scope control responsibilities; effective management of the backlog;~crlf~ • Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks and track short-term project metrics;~crlf~ • Coordinate the project teams, collaborate with colleagues across various functions and locations, ensure necessary work capacity - provide oversight and control of any internal or external resources contracted to the project/ initiative;~crlf~ • Partner with business sponsors driving motivation, collaboration and performance;~crlf~ • Review the project's medium-term benefits (for example, to support business-case for process improvement).~crlf~~crlf~This position has no direct reports.~crlf~

We will be pleased to welcome you in our team, if you have/are:~crlf~ • University degree; ~crlf~ • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities;~crlf~ • Practical experience from diverse change initiatives;~crlf~ • Partnering approach to project internal and external partners – extraordinary influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills;~crlf~ • Experience in working on 'Cross country and Cross Cultural' Projects or initiatives is an advantage;~crlf~ • Experience of Agile/LEAN/ new ways of working are a great advantage as also aiming to expand the use of these across our company;~crlf~ • Strong verbal and written communication skills English and at least 1 – 2 languages of the CEE region (CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG). ~crlf~
