    - Achieves the portfolio objectives through a good management of brokers and by feeding, broadening and refreshing the existing customer relations (direct or via broker) ~crlf~- Maximize the retention rate for the existing portfolio with the direct customers and clients with non specialised brokers ~crlf~- Achieve the objectives of rate changes for the existing portfolio with the direct customers and clients with non specialised brokers ~crlf~- Achieve extensions for the entire portfolio ~crlf~- Maintain and improve the broker and client satisfaction~crlf~- Builds and improves relations, both with the brokers and customers ~crlf~- Ensures a long-term profitability and the quality of the customer portfolio + identifies new business opportunities by expanding the customer portfolio

  • Responsabilidades

    Reaches the growth and quality objectives of the portfolio ~crlf~- Developing relations with clients and brokers ~crlf~- Negotiating policy terms when the renewal of direct policies and policies with non-specialised brokers~crlf~- Identifies cross and complementary sales opportunities ~crlf~- Proactive service such as customer visits, welcome contacts with new customers ~crlf~- Inventorization of limit needs for customers and coordination with the Risk Department ~crlf~- Find solutions when issues occur ~crlf~- Coordination of escalations ~crlf~Ensures personally the implementation of service standards quality at the Group level~crlf~- Serves the existing brokers on the basis of the broker segmentation~crlf~- Serves the different customer segments on the basis of the Operational Manual~crlf~- Interacts closely with other key functions~crlf~- Applies commercial underwriting standards(MMCD rules) in order to ensure the profitability and quality of the customer portfolio
