    - Maximize the retention rate and satisfaction of customers and brokers for SME~crlf~- Realize the rate variation targets of SME portfolio~crlf~- Realize extensions on SME portfolio~crlf~- Build and enhance relationships with SME customers (direct, specialized and non-specialized brokers)

  • Responsabilidades

    Reach targets of SME portfolio growth and quality :~crlf~- Develop relation with SME customers and brokers~crlf~- Negotiate policy conditions at renewal with SME policies~crlf~- Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities~crlf~- Pro-active service such as client follow-up by phone, welcome contacts by phone with new clients, etc.~crlf~ - Inventory of the limit needs of clients and coordinate with Risk Department~crlf~- Find solutions when incidents arise~crlf~- Coordinate escalations~crlf~Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards :~crlf~- Service existing clients/brokers based on client/broker segmentation~crlf~- Interact closely with other core functions to be a contact for related questions~crlf~- Apply commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of the broker portfolio

    Market knowledge:~crlf~- Expert know-how in specifics of market~crlf~- Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to brokers, market players and opinion leaders~crlf~Business expertise:~crlf~- Expert knowledge in sales and negotiation skills~crlf~Interpersonal skills :~crlf~- Ability to liaise with members of the core functions~crlf~- Ability to convince customers and brokers in negotiations~crlf~- Language : bilingual (Dutch and French) with a good knowledge of English
