    A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~## Responsible for learning products and staying up-to-date on new product or policy changes. ~crlf~## Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information. ~crlf~## Send out claim forms and answer claims status questions. ~crlf~## Review and resolve pending policy inquiries. ~crlf~## Escalate customer concerns/issues to Manager for resolution if all other means of satisfying the customer have been exhausted. ~crlf~## Performs other duties as assigned.

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED ~crlf~## High school diploma or equivalent diploma.~crlf~## Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ~crlf~## One to two years' experience in a customer service call center environment.~crlf~## PC Skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
