    The Global Partnership team is part of the Global Sales board area of Allianz Automotive (Az Auto) and is responsible to protect, grow, and shape the business with our OEM and Mobility Partners. Its main tasks are to develop the account master plan in line with the Global strategy, drive annual strategic account planning, win new strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities with existing partners, drive multi-market tenders, and act as general partner and interface to our clients. ~crlf~ ~crlf~We closely work together with the Global Business Development team, all regional sales executives, and relevant counterparts in other departments, Allianz Partners, and Allianz Group overall.

  • Responsabilidades

    Protect~crlf~##Act as general partner and interface to OEMs~crlf~##Promote Allianz to OEMs as strong partner focusing on relevant strategic operational topics~crlf~##Support OEMs and other LoBs in daily business e.g. inquiries, regular reviews, reporting and other requests~crlf~##Be OEM ambassador within Allianz Group and Allianz Partners~crlf~##Develop a comprehensive view around OEM accounts to enable business discussions~crlf~Grow~crlf~##Create leads and fill business pipeline for all Az Auto Line of Business (Motor, Fleet, Specialty Lines, New Mobility)~crlf~##Lead or support acquiring new markets and new products~crlf~##Identify opportunities to grow existing business with existing partners~crlf~##Drive multi-markets tender requests across all LoB and co-steer implementation ~crlf~Shape~crlf~##Develop master account plan in line with Az Auto strategy and growth vision~crlf~##Drive annual strategic account planning to align on joint targets and prioritize resources ~crlf~##Win new strategic partnerships with OEM, dealer groups, and fleet partners~crlf~##Identify new business and partnership models and engage internal and external stakeholders

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##At least 3-5 years consulting, insurance, and / or automotive professional experience~crlf~##Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar studies~crlf~##Excellent English (written and spoken), other languages desirable~crlf~##Excellent proficiency in MS Office is a must (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)~crlf~##Excellent project management skills and experience in complex multi-stakeholder settings~crlf~##Excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills~crlf~##Solution selling methodology and approach~crlf~##Strong result orientation, self-standing drive and entrepreneurial mindset~crlf~##Dedication to highest quality standards and willingness to speak up and challenge~crlf~##Intercultural sensitivity and international (work or academic) experience
