    Based in our Saint-Ouen Global Office, this diverse role will give you the opportunity to partner with the Business and to integrate HR into the operational heart of the company. We are looking for a qualified HR business partner with international experience to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals.~crlf~ ~crlf~Our ideal candidate should have experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers. For your holding HR role, you will also work with the Munich Global Office team and support management and individuals there. For your global business partner role, you will be working with the executive board member for one function and collaborating with regional and local HR directors.~crlf~ ~crlf~You should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes, as well as to drive necessary HR processes and provide hands-on support to managers and staff. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to the Head of Holding HR, your role as HR Business Partner will be as follows :~crlf~##Partner with executive and functional leadership to assess core HR needs to support their business strategy; analyze and evaluate information in order to develop and implement HR strategies and develop the careers of individual managers and employees. ~crlf~##Work with the management team and the rest of the HR department to develop, implement and drive results that increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    The responsibilities include, but are not limited to HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Development and Engagement, Talent Management, Change Management, HR Projects and Recruitment Support.~crlf~ ~crlf~##Works with Board member and the Global Team leaders for one function to assess needs and develop HR for their functional teams worldwide to address key business challenge~crlf~##Partners with the management team and the rest of the HR department to develop, implement and drive results that increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the Holding teams~crlf~##Provides leadership for employment practices, e.g. recruitment, hiring, orientation, professional development, compensation, termination ~crlf~##Performance Management in supporting and coaching employees and managers on performance-related issues and facilitate performance review process~crlf~##Employee Relations in supporting resolution of employee relations issues, addressing general concerns of employees and managers~crlf~##Employee On-boarding and Development which encompass new hire training and continuous learning and development within the organization~crlf~##Ensure Compliance to local employment regulations as well as implementation of company’s policies~crlf~##Participate in HR projects and initiatives~crlf~##Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports and records as needed

    ##International expertise and solid knowledge of all core HR processes~crlf~##Background in Rewards & Performance is desirable~crlf~##Ability to advise colleagues at all levels, from Board member to regular employee~crlf~##Thorough knowledge of labor legislation in France~crlf~##Team player and able to work in a matrix and multi-cultural environment~crlf~##Strategic as well as pragmatic working style, able to work productively while having a heavy workload ~crlf~##Influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills ~crlf~##Ability to combine HR operations with analytical insights ~crlf~##Fluency in English and French
