    In AzP Group Operations, the AzP Global Operations Performance Management team provides visibility and insights on worldwide operational performance (i.e. productivity and effectiveness of resources, level of quality delivered to clients and business partners, digitalization of front office and back office…) to the Operations management and to Board members.~crlf~The team has a leading role within the Operations organization to foster data-driven decisions and it provides analytical capabilities to all lines of business of the company. It supports the management during strategic planning, operational planning, and budget. Performance Management also acts as single source of truth for KPI definitions and ensures the correct flow of regular monitoring of performance, including deep dive comments of figures and follow-up actions in all 40+ countries of the Group, with the support of the local reporting contacts community and of COOs. ~crlf~In addition, the team proposes and leads measurement improvement projects and initiative tracking, introducing new methodologies, KPIs and tools, actionable analysis, relevant benchmarks and pragmatic business cases to further bring analytical value to stakeholders in Operations. ~crlf~The team is also at the cornerstone of shared data between Operations, Finance, HR, Underwriting and Sales, and leads and/or contributes as business owner to the wider consistency of data administration and process across the company.

  • Responsabilidades

    The Project Manager in Global Operations Performance Management leads and/or contributes to a set of projects in the Performance management portfolio and answers to ad-hoc analysis requests from top management.~crlf~As gatekeeper of figures, she/he enforces best practices, creates/ensures consistency with the Group framework and spreads data best practices in Operations teams. She/he supports the Global Operations strategy and maintains personal constant connection with both central experts and local contacts to propose pragmatic solutions to the Group and to improve both the steering and the steering system.~crlf~The role fosters flexibility, autonomy in the definition of relevant KPIs, reporting, dashboards and processes, and offers a large visibility for further evolution inside the Group.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    The desired candidate will have:~crlf~##5+ years of experience in business analysis and data management / Controlling / Finance / Operations~crlf~##Experience in an international environment ~crlf~##Fluency in English, all interactions in Global office and in BUs are in English.~crlf~##Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced matrix organization (central/regional/local)~crlf~ ~crlf~Key Requirements~crlf~##Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, basic VBA..)~crlf~##Intermediate knowledge of BI tools (MicroStrategy, SharePoint/Access…) and data management (relational databases logic, requesting, basic SQL…)~crlf~##Strong analytical skills, problem solving and ability to interact with non-analytical profiles~crlf~##Strong project management skills~crlf~##Motivation to proactively do the extra mile and can-do attitude
