    Within of Direct&Digital Solutions department, we do provide digital operational support to our eBusiness through our partners and to our direct business line. ~crlf~Reporting to the Digital payment manager, the product owner is managing a dedicated team around our global digital payment component. As a Product owner, he/she is in charge of defining the users stories, associated to our global payment roadmap, of coordinating the digital payment deliveries following the agile principles, and as part of the business digital payment team, also he/she is acting on the business implementations for all payment solutions across the globe, to support Allianz Partner business footprint.~crlf~The Product Owner chosen for this role will be working closely with one or two scrum teams to develop user stories, write acceptance criteria, accept the completed product features and further deliver to the end customers.

  • Responsabilidades

    ##Insure our business growth through the group payment needs, and provide the most accurate payment deliveries, according to our business priorities and defined roadmap,~crlf~##Support our current globalization program for the online payments perspective~crlf~##Manage the ‘onePay’ platform~crlf~##Be the interface between the subsidiaries, across the globe, that uses those payments (travel and Appliance)~crlf~##Support the development of our e-Commerce solutions (websites or web-services) and act as support for our Business Units and our Business Partners (clients) in the scope and expertise of digital payments~crlf~##Define and lead strategy to ensure regional go-to-market requirements feed into product prioritization~crlf~##Provides status updates to the business and management~crlf~##Manages and prioritizes sprint backlogs with the Scrumaster~crlf~##Coordinate teams so as to deliver the new functions in the best conditions in terms of time and quality~crlf~##Lead weekly monitoring meetings within the team and with other teams~crlf~##Review projects and making suggestions to develop project processes and methods~crlf~##Regular monitoring of the use of the products you are responsible for (establishing and monitoring KPIs, meeting clients, or any other method you may bring to our organization)

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    Master in Business School or Administration or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experiences in Digital (insurance or web/e-commerce)~crlf~##General understanding of web-based marketing / direct specific products ~crlf~##Good project management skills, and first experience of digital payments~crlf~##Performance oriented, self-motivated individual with, proactive problem solving and summarizing skills~crlf~##Team player with good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization~crlf~##Fluent English is required as this is the everyday working language, other languages are a plus~crlf~##Self-guided – you can operate independently with minimal guidance~crlf~##Naturally curious – you seek to understand how things work, and how to make them better~crlf~##Detail oriented, broadly organized – you thrive on knowing the specifics, but can easily collate those into broad categories or discern pattern
