Workplace Manager (m/f/d) - Allianz Direct
The Infrastructure & Security (IF&S) Regions organization is a central part of Allianz Technology Infrastructure Function. As an interface between shared services and business OEs, the IF&S Regions employees worldwide ensure improvement and harmonization of operating models end-to-end within the region to further streamline all infrastructure and security services towards the Allianz Group IT landscape delivered by Allianz Technology.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Workplace Manager for Allianz Direct reports to the Head of Infrastructure for Allianz Direct assessing and implementing for/with Allianz Direct the Workplace Services towards optimization of cost, quality and service, as well as ensuring the implementation of Governance Processes and overarching Strategy.
##Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools~crlf~##Advise customers / stakeholders and actively clarify their expectations and requirements~crlf~##Obtain necessary project approvals, customer project and order agreements and actively manage project financials~crlf~##Ensure a smooth interaction of components by assuming responsibility for change, communication, quality and risk management~crlf~##Plan, monitor, control and report project progress to project management governance and escalate issues if necessary~crlf~##Drive the complete adoption of Allianz Technology FMO standards in the workplace area, including: Allianz Virtual Client (AVC); Allianz Mobile Client (AMC); AGN FMO VPN / RAS services; Thin Client Management Solution (TCCS) etc~crlf~##Proactively work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (within IT, the business, strategic vendors / outsource partners, among others) to deliver consultancy and service~crlf~
##Knowledge of relevant products and services~crlf~##International project experience and consulting experience desirable~crlf~##Possessing consulting, organizational transformation and change management skills~crlf~##Possessing project management skills and engaging in customer relationship management~crlf~##Ability to work in cross-cultural environments, high level of English required~crlf~##Capability to take up responsibility and be accountable for a project or a team~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~
