VIP-Support Specialist (m/f/d)
VIP-Support is the first point of contact for the Executive Board area when it comes to technical questions relating to the workplace. The position holder also provides solutions outside the standard products used by Allianz SE. At official events of the Board of Management of Allianz SE, the VIP-Support helps to set up the required technology and provides on-site support.
##Execute incident-, problem- and change management for the relevant systems~crlf~##Monitor the IT market and technological trends in the specific area, recommend future technology direction and emerging technologies that will enhance Allianz Technology's operating efficiency and support enhanced customer service~crlf~ ~crlf~Tasks:~crlf~##Technical and organizational support/consulting/training of the Executive Board members~crlf~##Organization, support and/or accompaniment of telephone- or video conferences as well as external board events respectively national and international events of the Allianz~crlf~##Participation in or management of (sub-) projects~crlf~ ~crlf~Requirements / Skills / Experience:~crlf~##Outstanding customer orientation~crlf~##Binding and confident manner~crlf~##Full discretion~crlf~##Strong team orientation~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and winning charisma~crlf~##independence, high level of commitment and resilience~crlf~##Temporal and spatial flexibility (eg. Desired:~crlf~##Experience in VIP support~crlf~##Several years of experience in second-level support of Allianz end-user systems~crlf~##Good knowledge of workplace services and technologies Allianz SE / Allianz Technology~crlf~##Experience with incident and change processes and the operation of the associated tools (preferably SIMA / Service Now)~crlf~##Good knowledge of legitimation systems~crlf~##Experience as a part / project manager in IT projects~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~
