Transformation Manager (m/f) in Guildford and Dublin
Customer Solution Groups (CSG) is the consolidated function accountable for the transformation, maintenance and run of all services and products delivered to the customer within a region or group of OEs. It is embracing not only full Customer P&L responsibility towards Allianz Technology but ensuring as well a standardized and harmonized Allianz Technology portfolio. CSG teams are focused to collaborate with both IT and Support Functions in order to provide an effective customer-centric solution, in line with our growth strategy. The Transformation Manager is end-to-end responsible for the definition and the roll-out of the transformation roadmap in the assigned OE/region.
##End to end responsible to define, plan and implement the transformation roadmap of the OE/region, in alignment with the respective CSG head, branch/country lead, regional HoI, customer OEs, and H4~crlf~##Ensure the OE/region transformation roadmap is in line with the Allianz Group strategy in terms of harmonization and standardization~crlf~##Manage and coordinate the OE/region transformation roadmap's programs and projects either directly as program/project lead or via managing the respective program / project leads (for e.g. ITMP and specific OE/regional programs) in alignment with IT and support functions~crlf~##Oversees the transformation program is managed in budget/time, flags any risk in advance and provides a mitigation plan~crlf~##Organizes and orchestrates the program team consisting of ring-fenced resources of IT and/or support functions and the associated OE experts to deliver the transformation program~crlf~##Responsible for the progress reporting and stakeholder management of the transformation program~crlf~
##IT background with 5+ years of experience with operational project & program management responsibility ~crlf~##International working experience with strong track record in transformational projects ~crlf~##Business fluent in English and knowledge in local language is a plus~crlf~##Strong problem-solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze information~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external senior audience~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~
