Site Support Engineer (m/f)
We provide internal IT support to end users and perform CPI process from location with the global initiatives from Germany.~crlf~Highly motivated and fun team.
##Execute incident, problem and change management for the relevant systems~crlf~##Ensure compliance and quality of the respective specifications and guidelines of the company and legislation (e.g. security, service definitions)~crlf~##Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues~crlf~##Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration~crlf~##Maintain jovial relationships with clients~crlf~
##ITIL certification required~crlf~##Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education~crlf~##Relevant work experience in system engineering in the area of responsibility (e.g. network, server, security, databases etc.)~crlf~##Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Citrix, ServiceNow)~crlf~##Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent~crlf~##Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information~crlf~
