Service Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)
Service Portfolio Management is a department within the COO function. The goal of the department is to actively manage the portfolio of Allianz Technology, this is currently achieved with three focus areas: Portfolio Management itself, Service Design and Service Performance Management. We support the Service Managers on the existing services by providing transparency over the full portfolio, new services are supported in the creation phase with best practices and obsolete services are guided thru the decommissioning process.
##Advise project managers, service owners, stakeholders and actively clarify the process guidelines/ support them along the approval process and reporting lifecycle~crlf~##Ensure the accurate decision making preparation, prioritzation and stakeholder communication on senior management level~crlf~##Guide and support the service and project managers in all phases of the service lifecycle~crlf~##Review and analyse the service portfolio for completeness and cross service dependencies and mutual effects~crlf~##Continiously improvement of the Service Portfolio Framework~crlf~##Create and establish reports, representing the overall service health but also detailed KPI's of a service (e.g. Service Availability, SLA)~crlf~##Actively contribute to the service managers community. (Set Up and maintain regular communication and community meetings, collect feedback)~crlf~
##Higher education degree or equivalent work experience as (IT) Project/ Program Manager and/ or Service (Delivery) Manager International project experience and/ or consulting experience~crlf~##Process and project management, governance and service management training and/ or certification desirable~crlf~##International project experiences and/ or consulting experience~crlf~##Applying strategic, analytical and sustainable thinking and problem solving capabilities~crlf~##Possessing assertiveness and conflict management skills~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience~crlf~
