The department A-CP05PMS ( program management, migrations & services) is responsible for the overall ABS (Allianz Business System) program, release and rollout management for the development of technical and Business requirements, operations of ABS, performance of applications, the service layer as well as central batch processes of the business system.~crlf~Responsibility encloses system architecture, development, maintenance and operations as well as the connection to other components. ~crlf~The Unit A-CP05PMS-A7 is responsible for the IT program governance, release- and rollout management of the ABS Programm of Allianz Germany. Although other comprehensive project like migrations into ABS, CISL, PNC 2.0, ABS EE@Cloud were accounted in that unit. For the future it is essential that development, release- and rollout management for ABS Germany and ABS EE will be harmonized.
##Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools~crlf~##Plan, monitor, control and report project progress to project management governance and escalate issues if necessary~crlf~##Specialist management and control of overarching technical issues within the framework of the ABS release and rollout processes.~crlf~##Coordination of the conversion of the technical basis for the transformation project of Allianz Germany "ABS goes Linux" and management of the technical implementation~crlf~##Regular coordination and consultation with the customers and IT units, as well as across the ABS architecture and the interfaces within IT (Allianz Germany and Allianz Technology) and, if applicable, external customers of the ABS Enterprise Edition (EE).~crlf~##Contribution to the overall release and rollout management, as well as programme control and framework planning for the ABS of Allianz Germany, as well as internal and external customers of ABS EE, with the aim of harmonising and synchronising the transformation process of ABS EE with ABS D.~crlf~##Participation in the planning of the projects belonging to the area of responsibility in accordance with ABS release planning and partial project management, adherence to the specifications of the ABS procedure model and the quality standards; application of agile methods along the transformation into agile delivery~crlf~##Ensuring the necessary and agile project management and steering competence among the employees to be led; advising management (C-/E1-/E2-level) on questions regarding the above-mentioned content-related topics, if required.~crlf~
##IT education or study of computer science and proven IT professional experience of 3-4 years combined with a continuous interest in demanding technical questions and further developments~crlf~##Entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills, as well as a target- and performance-oriented way of working with a high level of quality awareness and customer orientation, coupled with good communication skills, especially when dealing with complex issues~crlf~##Ability to work in a team, flexibility, high resilience and social competence, as well as distinctive ability to deal with conflicts together with a convincing appearance, assertiveness and willingness to make decisions~crlf~##Willingness to take part in call-and-writing and weekend assignments, very good knowledge of German in spoken and written language and good knowledge of English~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~
