Personal Assistant to the CEO of Allianz Technology (m/f/d)
Allianz Technology is the IT provider of Allianz Group. Our mission is to run, optimize, transform and innovate infrastructure, applications and services together with OEs to co-create the best customer experience. The CEO Function enables the other functions within Allianz Technology to fulfill this mission. The CEO Function focuses mainly on overarching governance of the Customer Solution Groups (CSG), the Solution and Account Management, HR, audit and communication, but is also responsible for delivering Services to our customers.
##Receive, screen and direct incoming telephone calls, mail and email for assigned managers or business area, maintain their calendar and coordinate meetings~crlf~##Liaise with other operating entities, units, departments in order to ensure the efficient execution of business support services~crlf~##Confidential office management maintaining the CEO‘s schedule and e-mail account (e.g. complex calendar management (scheduling meetings, telephone calls and setting up video conferences) and document preparation)~crlf~##Organization and preparation of events and offsites for CEO and directs (arrangements, transfers, participants as well as schedule and agendas)~crlf~##Invoice management process (verification, submission and sign off expenses)~crlf~
##Apprenticeship or work experience in an administrative role~crlf~##Relevant work experience as secretary, office administrator or administrative assistant~crlf~##Fluency in English (spoken and written), C1 level or above~crlf~##Experienced in the application of MS Office and relevant IT systems~crlf~##Possessing coordinating and organizational talent and time and self management~crlf~##Good communication skills to exchange information and deal with challenging clients or situations~crlf~##Capability to work with standard procedures in a variety of work situations and select appropriate solutions~crlf~
