The department Transition and Optimization within CSG Global Lines and North America is in charge of all internal delivery model design, operations, processes and governance.~crlf~ ~crlf~Junior Project Manager is responsible for driving transformation projects according the Target Operational Model, focusing on the design, improvement and reengineering of processes. The PM should have very good understanding of the IT Value Chain. While leading global projects they make sure that the project team(s) are functioning effectively, have SMART targets and meet their collective goals.
##Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools~crlf~##Create and maintain project definition, project charter, project plan and offer, support the creation of the statement of work~crlf~##Manage and coordinate stakeholders and build a project communication structure~crlf~##Ensure a smooth interaction of components by assuming responsibility for change, communication~crlf~##Advise customers / stakeholders and actively clarify their expectations and requirements~crlf~##Plan, monitor, control and report project progress to project management~crlf~
##Higher education degree or equivalent work experience~crlf~##1 year of experience in consulting or inside of the Group in Operations transformation with consulting, organizational transformation and change management skills~crlf~##Possessing project management skills and engaging in customer relationship management~crlf~##Strong stakeholder management skills~crlf~##Knowledge of relevant products and services~crlf~##Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information~crlf~##Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members~crlf~
