    Workplace Management Team is a internal IT Support team that takes care of user's end client support to service request. Works closely with internal operating entities and has collaboration team in the whole of APAC region.

  • Responsabilidades

    ##Execute incident-, problem- and change management for the relevant systems ~crlf~##Maintain and optimize the relevant system, ensure performance and availability and provide release- and patch management~crlf~##Monitor the IT market and technological trends in the specific area, recommend future technology direction and emerging technologies that will enhance Allianz Technology's operating efficiency and support enhanced customer service~crlf~##Ensure compliance and quality of the respective specifications and guidelines of the company and legislation (e.g. security, service definitions)~crlf~##Develop testing procedures, run tests and approvals, ensure quality and integrate the system into the future environment~crlf~##Develop, configure, document and install the systems in the area of responsibility and train provider

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##Knowledge of common IT process landscape management and standards~crlf~##Possessing project and IT service management skills, analytical thinking skills, methodological and conceptual skills~crlf~##Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education~crlf~##Knowledge in Office 365, SCCM, Sophos, Office 2016, VWMare AirWatch, CISCO VOIP, basic networking skillset, file server management~crlf~##ITIL certification required~crlf~##Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information ~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent
