##Acts as key contact for employees and supports, advises them with regard to individual topics e.g. administration, work contract, compensation & benefits, part-time retirement, parental leave…~crlf~##Creates contract documents, certifications and other HR-relevant documents for Allianz Technology employees on all levels~crlf~##Maintaining employee / payroll records, posting changes in pay and tax status~crlf~##Assisting with payroll by providing the relevant employee information (hires, leavers, promotions…)~crlf~##Ensures the observation of labor law regulations and fulfillment of co-determination rights~crlf~##Supports assigned HR Business Partners in operational tasks and in coordinating HR processes in the assigned functional areas~crlf~##Assists HR Business Partners in Allianz Technology's branches in daily activities, managing HR topics initiated by headquarters, local HR projects~crlf~ ~crlf~Further responsibilities~crlf~##Support in Worker Council preparation~crlf~

##Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships to influence demand~crlf~##Understanding of the business that is advised as HR Administration Expert and engaging in customer relationship management~crlf~##Possessing legal and regulatory knowledge~crlf~##Reliable with high level of accuracy ~crlf~##Team player and ability to work under pressure with advanced level of self-organization and initiative~crlf~##Good communication and relationship building skills; Excellent ability in English & French languages (oral and written)~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements~crlf~##Higher education degree in business administration, economics, law, psychology, sociology etc. ~crlf~##Relevant work experience in HR operations~crlf~##Process and project management training and / or certification desired~crlf~##Experienced in the application of relevant HR IT tools, e.g. SAP~crlf~
