You, as a future CCS CAI Data Linguist/Scientist, will be supporting us in setting up VoiceBOTs by gathering and analyzing data for international implementations. You will be working closely with Technology, Product Management, Call Center, and others across multiple business units and teams to define and develop AI-based solutions. You will be responsible gathering data from multiple sources, data processing, data analysis, measurement, interpretation of findings, presentation, and system implementation. ~crlf~~crlf~You will support projects in designing and optimizing dialogues and implementing data models and services to deliver valuable VoiceBOTs for Allianz entities worldwide. You will have the freedom to work self-organized in a cross cultural and functional team with internal and external project resources.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~Duties & Responsibilities:~crlf~• Manage and guide data science and data engineering elements of AI projects~crlf~• Set a strategic direction for data identification, collection and qualification activities~crlf~• Present reports and findings to senior level technical and non-technical audiences~crlf~• Analyzing linguistic data to identify, design and implement improvements~crlf~• Implement new technologies in a production environment with product, IT, and data engineering teams~crlf~• Work with internal and external stakeholders to leverage company data to drive business solutions~crlf~• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets~crlf~• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes~crlf~• Providing linguistic guidance to support multiple projects~crlf~~crlf~
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and experience with applications~crlf~• Demonstrated ability in speech technology (ASR/TTS/STT)~crlf~• Detail-oriented approach to handling large datasets, including ability to identify edge-cases~crlf~• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills~crlf~• Statistical and data science programming skills, such as Python, R, SQL~crlf~• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques~crlf~• Knowledge of phonetics and phonology~crlf~• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~Credentials & Experience ~crlf~• Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment~crlf~• Beneficial: experience working with VoiceBot projects and ChatBot projects ~crlf~• Experience as data linguist/data scientist with artificial intelligence ~crlf~• Willingness to travel internationally ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~Languages:~crlf~• English (fluent)~crlf~• German basics as a plus~crlf~• Spanish as a plus ~crlf~• Any other language as a plus~crlf~~crlf~
