Contract Manager (m/f/d)
The department Customer Contract Design & Management is very well located in the unit Sales Operations within the CFO area. Our central function supports and drives the central organization as well as the many local organization towards standard agreements and will provide a centrally steered contract management. This is an important enabler for selling and delivering AZ Technology IT services into the AZ Group.
##Manage contract life cycle including implementation phase, change request management process and exit management~crlf~##Provide guidance and advice to business / service owners in contract-related processes and areas~crlf~##Ensure effective definition of contracts and processes and an updated documentation of them~crlf~##Implement and maintain contractual governance scheme and manage the escalation within the respective contract / process~crlf~
##Higher education degree in business administration, economics, IT, law or comparable qualification~crlf~##Knowledge of common process landscape, standards and organization and relevant products and services~crlf~##Being assertive and convincing in negotiations and possessing analytical thinking~crlf~##Relevant work experience in business processes of the respective area of expertise~crlf~##Certification in contract and commercial management, e.g. International Association of Contract and Commercial Management, IACCM~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~
