    Inside Allianz Technology France, the department Application & Business Project delivers the following services :~crlf~##Support and maintain the local application~crlf~##Develop new service/application based on new Business requirement~crlf~##Integrate the application of the Global Business Model in the legacy environment~crlf~##Support the business in the innovation and the digitalization~crlf~The position reports to local CIO France, working closely and associated to strategic decisions.~crlf~Within the Application and Business project, the main goals of the manager is to adjust the set of application to absorb business growth.~crlf~The job requires proper communication and alignment with all stakeholders.

  • Responsabilidades

    The key responsibility for the Application & Business Project are the following :~crlf~~crlf~##Team management : define goal and objectives for each team member. ~crlf~##Goal is to improve permanently the efficiency of the team. Improve communication on what has been delivered by the team~crlf~##Operational Excellence : Increase the quality of service in delivering project on time, on budget and with no defect~crlf~##Project management : define clear software development roadmap and set up strong project review/reporting mechanism to give clear visibility on project to top management~crlf~##Play a role of key contributor in the innovation and digitalization effort to maintain Allianz Partner as top player. Introduce new technology when and where it make sense with clear justification of the advantages of those new technologies~crlf~##Contribute to the transformation of Allianz Partners (GBM – Global Business Model) and the transformation of AzTech team~crlf~##Work in synergy with other teams inside Allianz Technology and also Allianz Partners. Develop continuously the relation with the client Allianz Partners. Adopt the Partner attitude

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    ##Technical competences: large IT knowledge in software development (CRM, BI, Finance, Web portal)~crlf~##Team management experience and experience in managing manager~crlf~##English/French spoken~crlf~##Ability to evaluate in a complex and large environment in transformation phase~crlf~##Experience in Assistance or Assurance environment~crlf~##Rigorous, methodology~crlf~##Strong communication skills~crlf~ ~crlf~Desired requirements~crlf~##More than 15 years experience including 5 years as Operations Manager
