Allianz SE Holding IT is the retained IT organization of the Allianz SE. ~crlf~ ~crlf~IT Economics / Finance Manager~crlf~##Supports the Business Owner in controlling of the IT Budget with respect to change and Run~crlf~##Supports the Business Owner in tracking the Benefit Realization of IT Projects~crlf~##Steering IT invoice handling processes and cost mapping & recharging~crlf~##Responsible for IT closing of accounts (monthly/quarterly/year end) and controlling ~crlf~##Steering of the IT Budget & Planning and Reporting process of Allianz SE OE~crlf~##Implement cost steering & challenging processes~crlf~##Leading operations of Controlling Platform~crlf~##Support IT Reporting of AZ SE OE
##Track IT Budget over Business Applications of the OE~crlf~##Monitor Business Case calculations of IT Projects and track Benefit Realization in alignment with OE CFO Function~crlf~##Seek close alignment with OE CFO Function~crlf~##Report to respective Group Functions~crlf~##Develop recommendations for financial targets within SD/PD according to existing contracts~crlf~##Create and provide financial analysis, reports and dashboards for various stakeholders~crlf~##Evaluate, develop, coordinate and support the preparation of financial accounts, e.g. services~crlf~##Drive further automation of the IT invoice handling processes and cost mapping & recharging~crlf~##Contribute, establish and develop local methods and processes for controlling of the IT Budget~crlf~##Support and challenge business representatives based on financial analysis~crlf~##Monitor and execute the IT closing of accounts during monthly, quarterly and year end closing period.~crlf~##Further standardize and automate the different IT Budget & Planning and Reporting processes of the different H areas of Allianz SE OE~crlf~##Implement cost steering & challenging processes for all IT services including KPI measurement of cost and service performance~crlf~##Enhance operations of Controlling Platform and drive further automation by promotion to other areas for onboarding of manual processes ~crlf~##Support the finalization of the quarterly IT Reporting of AZ SE OE by implementation of new requirements and further process automation for data collection ~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##Degree in Economics, Finance or related field of study~crlf~##Expert-level Excel, PowerPoint and/or PowerBI skills, proficiency with SAP (ERP, BI), ~crlf~##Database systems e.g. ServiceNow, DataWarehouse, Oracle~crlf~##English ##Business fluent, additional languages are a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##5-7 years experience in Finance & Controlling ~crlf~##Relevant experience in IT financial industry, experience in insurance industry is a plus, good understanding of accounting rules German GAP is a plus~crlf~##First class analytical skills, detail-oriented while focusing on the “big picture”~crlf~##Project management and sterring skills (Agile methodologies)~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, team-player spirit, proven track record to multi-task, manage priorities and cope with pressure~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and desire to further self-develop~crlf~##Experience in designing & further developing of financial processes, and enterprise integration projects is a plus~crlf~
