Head of Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Communications (m/f/d) in Group HR (limited to 24 months)
HR Transformation seeks to improve access and quality of HR services for all Allianz colleagues and talent candidates, provide people leaders with more reliable people data and strategic HR support, and enable HR to take on a more strategic role with reduced administrative burden and greater access to global expertise. This will be achieved through delivery of a streamlined global HR organization with standardized roles and responsibilities, harmonized Group-wide HR processes and a single mobile-ready HRIT solution.~crlf~ ~crlf~The position holder will be responsible for the holistic design and delivery of change management, stakeholder engagement, communications and training activities for the HR Transformation Program. This includes planning, scoping and developing change and communications activities that will foster buy-in for this crucial transformation with the HR community and its key customers as well as engaging directly with senior stakeholders to gain support for the HR transformation in the context of the overall transformation of the Allianz Group.
##Develop impactful approaches and ideas to deliver change management including change leadership, stakeholder engagement, cultural and behavioral change~crlf~##Run innovative communications activities for the central program office and develop a library of communications material for the operating entities to choose from when delivering their local communications activities~crlf~##Build credibility for the program across a range of organizational stakeholders up to CXO level~crlf~##Design standard training material for the operating entities to use when rolling out different elements of the transformation – especially IT System and process related topics~crlf~##Responsible for the preparation and execution of key stakeholder and governance body meetings, e.g. Steering Committee~crlf~##Lead a small team of change management and communications experts~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~##Masters degree in relevant field~crlf~##English a must; German and/or other 3rd language an advantage ~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key Skills:~crlf~##Minimum of 10 years experience in multinational, complex corporate environment~crlf~##5 years large Change Management and stakeholder management experience (merger, restructuring) in multi-country programs~crlf~##Substantial experience working on People and Behavioral Change projects (in line with the responsibilities detailed above)~crlf~##Excellent toolkit in the areas of change management, stakeholder engagement and communications~crlf~##Strong conceptual skills and end-to-end thinking, i.e. building strong concepts and knowing how to turn them into tactical implementation plans~crlf~##Experience in dealing with demanding stakeholders on all levels~crlf~##Experience with innovative communications and training approaches~crlf~##Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments~crlf~##Proven people leadership skills~crlf~##Creative approach to problem solving~crlf~##Work effectively in a team environment; hands on approach~crlf~##Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity~crlf~##Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as have a keen eye for detail~crlf~
