HR Transition & Stakeholder Manager (m/f/d) in Group HR (limited to: 24 months)
The HR Operational Management (HR OM) department is responsible for setting and driving the AZ group-wide HR OM agenda which includes HR IT Platform Management, HR Stakeholder & Project Management, HR Processes, Data and Risk Management. HR OM maintains and develops the architecture of the HR Operating Model technology, process and data in line with the organizational setup. ~crlf~The HR Transition & Stakeholder Manager reports to the Head of HR OM and acts as a single point of contact for operational topics to stakeholders in OEs that are going live with the new SuccessFactors (SF) system and global HR processes, assisting them to drive forward the change agenda by liaising between them and other key HR stakeholders such as HR Transformation, AZ Technology and the CoEs. In the project manager role, he/she offers strong project management capabilities and experience to add value to OEs and core HR functions driving organizational change and with this ensures successful implementation of larger change requests with project character. By applying best project practices, he/she speeds up the HR change initiatives by managing the entire project cycle and all resources efficiently and effectively. As part of a newer team, the candidate ought to be self-directed, comfortable with change, adept at dealing with ambiguity and willing to take ownership.
Stakeholder & Project Management~crlf~##Actively shapes the transition from rollout to run, liaising with the relevant OEs, Centers of Expertise, HR Transformation and AZ Technology~crlf~##Onboards OEs to HR OM, ensuring the necessary information flow from HR OM to the OEs to facilitate a smooth go-live from an OM perspective~crlf~##Conducts regular key account sessions with the live OEs, supporting them with any issues they may experience, e.g. with regard to the support model, change requests, release management, incidents, etc.~crlf~##Work with the HR Operational Management team on any operational and stakeholder/project topics, which are given high priority based on the input from internal HR and business stakeholders.~crlf~
Qualification~crlf~##3-5 years of related professional experience, e.g. working in a Stakeholder, Project Management or Consulting role~crlf~##Master’s degree or higher preferred~crlf~##Strong HR business background, functional experience in one or more HR functions~crlf~##Strong practical experience in project management in conventional and agile methods (e.g. PMI / Prince II / Scrum etc.)~crlf~##Experience of leading complex projects including across geographies and in a matrix environment~crlf~##Excellent proficiency in MS Office software (especially Excel and PowerPoint) ~crlf~##Experience of SAP SuccessFactors an advantage ~crlf~##Professional proficiency in English. Fluent German an advantage, other languages also an advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Knowledge~crlf~##Strong understanding of HR topics and HR initiatives~crlf~##Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (both conventional and especially agile)~crlf~##Good understanding of IT and core HR systems~crlf~##Knowledge of the Allianz OE landscape, experience in working across cultures~crlf~##Experience in working with Allianz Technology ~crlf~ ~crlf~Skills~crlf~##Excellent stakeholder management capabilities and customer service orientation~crlf~##Ability to deal with complaints effectively and efficiently and to influence without authority~crlf~##Outstanding communication skills~crlf~##Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, results-oriented mindset~crlf~##Collaborative style and team player, willingness to take responsibility~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages an advantage~crlf~##Ability to use advanced project management platforms (e.g. MS Project, ServiceNow, Jira etc.) ~crlf~##Process and design thinking ~crlf~##Considering diversity in a team as an asset ~crlf~##Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful~crlf~
