The HR Business Partner plays a vital role in acting as an HR Business Partner who is responsible for the execution of all HR processes for our internal customers and enabling the people agenda at HR@Re.

Business Consultation as HR Business Partner~crlf~##Act as first line of contact for managers and employees~crlf~##Develop resourcing strategies to support the business in a sustainable way~crlf~##Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics (e.g. claims of misconduct, low performance, disciplinary actions, etc.)~crlf~##Advise/support the business on how to motivate and retain people in a challenging and fast changing business environment ~crlf~##Consult and support business in implementation of HR processes in respective business area (e.g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, re-organization, etc.)~crlf~##Act as trusted contact person for the works council bodies~crlf~##Establish and maintain relationships with senior managers to drive the execution of HR programs HR Project Management~crlf~##Coordinating, steering, and monitoring HR projects, such as global restructuring programs, global HR transformation roll-out (Recruiting & Onboarding)~crlf~##Take a lead in one or more projects and liaise with team members on various topics such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Management, New Work Model, Family & Health topics~crlf~##Negotiating with key stakeholders and representing the interest of HR@Re~crlf~

Relevant experience~crlf~##3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a global organization~crlf~##Experience in project management, i.e. in steering and coordinating various projects and managing different stakeholders at all levels~crlf~##Experience working in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations~crlf~##First experience of managing organizational change, ideally in various business scenarios, including larger restructuring and transformation programs with a global scope~crlf~##First experience with employee representative bodies~crlf~ ~crlf~Education / Certification~crlf~##Bachelor / Master’s degree in business, law, psychology, or related field ~crlf~##Project Management certification (PMI, PMP) or related trainings (OPEX Sigma Blue Belt)~crlf~ ~crlf~Technical Skills~crlf~##Solid knowledge of German labor and employment law, and appreciation of Works Council issues~crlf~##Technical expertise in at least 1 HR topic areas (e.g. Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Talent Management, Recruiting)~crlf~##Ability to design and drive transformation of organizations including corresponding structures and business processes~crlf~##Ability to manage projects from end to end~crlf~##Good knowledge of MS Project, SAP HR, MS Office, SuccessFactors~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills~crlf~##Ability to maintain and build relationships with customers~crlf~##Ability to negotiate, often in difficult situations, and steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally ~crlf~##Ability to analyze data from multiple sources~crlf~##Strong design thinking and ability to execute~crlf~##Ability to prioritize and balance various tasks at the same time~crlf~##Required languages: English and German fluent (able to negotiate) ~crlf~##Enabler mindset and strong team spirit~crlf~
