Sales Support Specialist
## Assist Field Sales Representatives and Travel Agents by helping them resolve commission issues, technical issues or any other issues requiring research. Manage client relationships and respond to client inquiries.~crlf~~crlf~Available Shift : 12:00pm - 8:00pm
## Answer incoming telephone calls from sales representatives and travel agents; promptly research and resolve commission, technical or other inquiries; respond to in-bound Emails, faxes or mail and take appropriate action.~crlf~## Manage existing top selling account retention efforts and relationships by maintaining customer service levels for inquiries and research requests.~crlf~## Support the internal Field Sales Force; respond promptly to inquiries.~crlf~## Maintain PeopleSoft effectively: enter pertinent data and research information as needed.~crlf~## Update policy date changes and note policy refunds.~crlf~## Resolve Exception requests from Clients and Policy Holders~crlf~## Reassign agent commissions as needed.~crlf~## Distribute manual service fee reports daily to agencies unable to receive them electronically.~crlf~## May perform other duties as assigned.~crlf~
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS~crlf~## High school diploma or equivalent diploma.~crlf~## One (1) year experience in an account management role.~crlf~
