Recruits, interviews, checks references, and makes offers to internal and external candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.~crlf~Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time~crlf~##Conducts full life-cycle recruiting for enterprise-wide roles. Includes recruiting and sourcing strategy development, advertising and posting, resume review, phone screening, candidate testing, and coordinating the interview/background checks/job offer process.~crlf~##Serve as a consultant to hiring managers on the impact of labor market conditions, candidate pool availability, creative sourcing methods and potential recruiting risks, threats and opportunities.~crlf~##Assist hiring managers to identify the competencies required for positions as well as provide guidance on handling candidate feedback.~crlf~##Guide candidates through recruiting life cycle.~crlf~##Complete administrative process for candidates such as maintain candidate and manager feedback, new hire packets, and on-boarding materials.~crlf~##Ensures integrity of internal application process. Coaches hiring managers and associates on the purpose of selection-related policies and procedures.~crlf~##Works with HR/Training partners to build an “Employer of Choice” brand and to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.~crlf~##Identify hiring trends through short-term and long-term key performance indicators reflective in reports captured in applicant tracking system and HRIS~crlf~##Work with approved vendors (search, contract labor, testing, and verification) in support of providing best hiring practices for hiring managers.~crlf~##Participate in job fairs and other unique recruiting avenues.~crlf~##Identify enhancements to process improvements.~crlf~##May perform other duties as assigned.~crlf~

##Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.~crlf~##One (1) to three (3) years experience in recruitment and selection.~crlf~##Knowledge of HRIS and On Boarding systems.~crlf~~crlf~
