Customer Success Manager - Global Health Services
The Customer Success Manager will lead and manage the implementation of relevant solutions developed by Global Health Services Product Factory team. He/she will have the primary responsibility for the onboarding success of new clients, along with existing clients for innovative health services. ~crlf~He/she will coordinate with the Allianz Partners’ sales entities (global, regional and local) as well as external partners in the effective roll-out of health services from implementation to go-to-market. He/she will monitor health services in ‘run’ mode and develop effective marketing plans to drive utilisation.~crlf~The candidate will be working as part of a growing cross functional team, who are developing health solutions and shaping health ecosystems for the Allianz Partners group.
•Responsible for the roll-out of Access to Care and Prevention services for Allianz Partners clients across various segments: International health (IPMI), Bank & Insurances, Hospitality, Travel and more~crlf~•Develop a detailed implementation plan at the start of every new contract (requirements, processes, timelines), successfully leading the implementation~crlf~•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and execute the health services implementation ~crlf~•Listen, understand and formalise Allianz Partners clients’ needs and liaise with the Access to Care and Prevention team for adaptation (when/if possible) ~crlf~•Drive go-to-market plan for successful go live and utilisation of the health services (with Allianz Partners marketing teams)~crlf~•Escalate problems to the appropriate teams to promptly and effectively address issues ~crlf~•Monitor and assess health services in ‘run’ mode regularly~crlf~•Contribute to cross-functional ideation sessions for defining new and optimizing existing products/ features~crlf~•Close collaboration with Allianz Partners IH LoB and Allianz Partners New Models~crlf~~crlf~
•University degree in Business Administration (or similar)~crlf~•Min. 10 years’ experience in international health or travel industry~crlf~•Strong project management and marketing skills required~crlf~•Customer centric focus~crlf~•Results focused~crlf~•Pragmatic way of working~crlf~•Adaptability and flexibility~crlf~•Strong intercultural skills required, empathy and pro-active communication~crlf~•Team player – the team is the star~crlf~•Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions~crlf~•Languages: English (additional languages an asset, German, French)~crlf~~crlf~
