    Work with project teams, stakeholders, vendors and management to identify and translate business requirements for projects and assessments into technical specifications, conceptual solutions and/or designs. Responsible for leading the identification solution patterns aligned with systems needed to implement the solution. Interacts closely with Business Analysts, Technical Architects and Developers to define and guide solution from requirements to deployment. Partners with internal and vendor resource on design and works closely with Developers during development. Provide development and configuration deliverables as required. Responsible for resilient life cycle support of systems,~crlf~solutions and configuration responsibilities as assigned. This includes assessing and recommending system, solution and technical environment improvements to ensure a viable, stable and resilient technical solution for customers. Understands and verifies defined SDLC processes and ensures solution development process is adhering to process controls. As a Senior, assists with oversight, leadership and mentoring to junior staff within IT organization.

    Primary Responsibilities~crlf~• Configure and maintain user interface screens, workflow and business rules in new business Front Office data entry application~crlf~• Prototype and demonstrate data entry and workflow to get user experience feedback~crlf~• Collaborate with vendor to install/test vendor delivered code~crlf~• Collaborate with scrum team members to assist with sprint planning; complete committed deliverables in each sprint~crlf~• Collaborate with Quality Services to develop test strategy, test cases and test data~crlf~• Collaborate with groups supporting ApplyNow, eDelivery, and DTCC~crlf~• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Front Office configuration~crlf~~crlf~Other Responsibilities:~crlf~• Lead translation and understanding of requirements from business into conceptual solution and conceptual design. Participate in solution design sessions with project team by recommending solutions and options and ensure outcomes are met and documented. Collaborate with business partners and IT project staff to establish solution understanding and~crlf~expectations from both sides. Responsible for oversight of vendor work and delivery review of design and development. Responsible for design, configuration and development as required.~crlf~• Provide options to entire project team to develop solution approach based on scope and requirements. Accountable for documenting solution path, as assigned, including options for phasing in solution if needed. Provide input on development and equipment to business as required for CBA development.~crlf~• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and conceptual designs that are used by Developers to construct solutions and Quality Analysts to test systems. Prepare and maintain system design documents for use with technical and business teams. Support triage of complex configuration defects. Provide knowledge and support of end to end data and system integrations.~crlf~• Provide development, data and system configuration support to systems as assigned.~crlf~• Partner with quality assurance teams in developing and reviewing test cases, acceptance criteria and test validation. Lead, as appropriate, the investigation and resolution of defects reported during testing.~crlf~• Understand and adhere to defined SDLC processes and IT controls for design and development as assigned.~crlf~• Identify and recommend solutions to project team to facilitate new system design and understanding of solution. Assist with coaching and mentoring of more junior staff within functional and project teams.~crlf~• Assess and recommend IT capability improvements for applications and environments, including implementing logging and monitoring at appropriate levels and identifying technical upgrades to currently support levels.
