Sr Business Process Analyst - Policyholder Services
Leader in understanding, articulating and implementing best practices related to area of expertise. Supports project and change initiatives by determining and implementing business rules, procedures, user acceptance test script writing and execution and business readiness (SOPs, training, communication). Through demonstrated knowledge of the business process related to area of expertise, acts as process consultant to improve BAU process, customer or producer experience and offshore optimization opportunities. Collaborates on opportunities to enhance service or processes (across departments), coordinate internal department and change plans including mentorship of business area staff.~crlf~**Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives.**
-Leads change initiatives (projects) representing the business processes, rules, controls, and reports for area of expertise. Managing multiple projects across multiple disciplines (i.e. Product, SQM, Digital and Infrastructure). Executes the development of user stories and/or business requirements including the assessment of upstream and downstream business impacts.~crlf~- Responsible for the development and coordination of business readiness activities including Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, training activities, forms, correspondence, reporting and communications.~crlf~- Coordinates the resolution of business processing issues that arise, troubleshooting the problem and engaging other areas. Anticipates the business needs and communicates to the business teams and stakeholders. Recommends opportunities to improve process performance.~crlf~- Accountable for change acceptance through ownership of user acceptance test case development and execution, end to end test development and execution, post validation planning and execution, including the coordination of offshore BPA task assignments. Creates and introduces optimal process solution design.~crlf~- Demonstrates a clear understanding of various project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile Project Management. Demonstrates an understanding of project techniques for process improvement such as Six Sigma (White Belt, Blue Belt certifications).~crlf~~crlf~
