Senior Director Advanced Markets - Minneapolis

Responsible for the development and delivery of Advanced Markets programs for life insurance, focusing on the business planning and executive benefits sectors. The position requires keeping current on life insurance advanced markets issues and concepts. Involves an in depth analysis of possible topics for future Advanced Markets programs that both educate and provide sales opportunities for producers that benefit contract owners. Mentors junior members to collaboratively create cutting edge producer presentations and related marketing collateral on those latest Advanced Markets topics. Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an ability to connect technical advanced tax and legal concepts to the practical sales process so that the producer understands how the information can be applied in a sales situation . Extensive travel and schedule flexibility is required. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Influence life strategy including distribution, product and operations for advanced market needs. Works with internal partners to ensure the resources are allocated to support growth in advanced markets program.

Delivers industry leading presentations to clients with varying levels of expertise including but not limited to; firms, producers (current and prospective); contract owners (current to prospective). Presents agents and registered reps at a variety of venues including broker-dealer and strategic account meetings, Allianz marketing conferences and Universities, industry meetings and conferences, client seminars, etc. Presents as a keynote speaker, break-out speaker, via Webinar, conference calls, etc. Recommends novel, creative and industry leading topics for field programs and promotion by Advanced Markets to enhance company and department industry reputation through cross selling opportunities. ~crlf~~crlf~Creates cutting edge presentations and related marketing collateral: Responsible for program content development including PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and value-added promotional items. Works in partnership with key stakeholders to meet corporate standards. Updates and enhances the program(s). Travels extensively with Retirement Consultants, wholesalers, for CE, producer, and broker/Dealer meetings as well as 1 on 1 meetings with RCs.~crlf~~crlf~Identifies and delivers new concepts and content for life insurance Advanced Markets focusing on business planning and executive benefits as well as marketing support: Keeps current on relevant tax, regulatory retirement income planning trends and issues and industry concepts.
