    Facilitate and accelerate the growth of Fixed Annuity products. Responsible for growing sales and increasing the (AZL sales) productivity of assigned agents/registered reps. This position will focus on working directly with agents to increase their AZL sales – leveraging the work and relationships of AZL Internal Sales and Broker Dealer (BD) Development, as well as the Marketers within their assigned Field Marketing Organizations (FMO's). Expected to accomplish the goals and objectives, established by the District Director, relative to the above responsibilities for their region. Developing and maintaining solid business relationships and consistently achieving sales and market share goals.

  • Responsabilidades

    Sales: Explain benefits and features of our products and services to registered reps. Hold pre-established targeted number of appointments per week. Develop and maintain pre-established minimum production dollars per month. Increase sales by designing and implementing training programs on products, systems, concepts and sales tools. Implement sales campaigns. Work directly with agents affiliated with assigned FMOs – operating in a wholesaling capacity to drive both new and repeat sales to AZL. Assist in the development and execution of recruiting and MIA campaigns.~crlf~~crlf~Communication: Report to RVP and District Director daily. Work directly with Internal Sales desk, BD Development team, and FMO Marketers. Communicate trends and issues related to competition and our products to management.~crlf~~crlf~Establish themselves as the Allianz Life expert: Increase awareness of Allianz Life’s products and its value proposition with agents and marketers within assigned territory. Demonstrating expert knowledge on AZL products and building long-term value and relationships between AZL and agents. Discuss how our products compete and overcome objections related to our competitor’s products. Keep management informed of trends or issues in your assigned region. Understand suitability issues as it pertains to our products.

  • Requisitos / Habilidades

    * 4-5 years experience required; 6-7 years experience preferred~crlf~* Experience in the financial services industry and within FMO Distribution required~crlf~* Understanding of product distribution structure along with operational and relationship management of distribution.~crlf~* FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, Series 6, 63, and the MN Life Insurance license required or ability to obtain within 180 days of employment.~crlf~* High school diploma required; Four-year degree preferred
