Quality Analyst Associate / Quality Analyst - Fixed Line/PolicyHolder Services
Under general supervision, responsible for collaborating with business leaders, key stakeholders, and partners to identify, develop, and deliver regular transactional reviews and reporting on business critical measurements that drive CAO quality. May lead small-scale initiatives. May partner with more senior analysts on medium to complex and/or large-scale initiatives
Participates in partnering with assigned business area(s) to define critical process ownership, and aligns quality metrics with business objectives, processes and risks to optimize value of information reported.~crlf~~crlf~Assists in the development of clear performance measurements that are aligned with the customer. Collects data to measure and report quality metrics by business capability and process. Provides ongoing support, communication and training to vendor partners.~crlf~~crlf~As required, acts as an interface between assigned business area(s) and defined customer(s) to identify gaps in the processes that affect CAO quality, while providing recommendations for improvement.~crlf~~crlf~Contributes to regular transactional reviews, and provides ongoing reporting and analysis of key performance indicators for quality. Participates in discussions with leadership regarding findings, trends, and areas for improvement.~crlf~~crlf~Participates in key initiatives and special projects as assigned. Provides subject matter and technical expertise to the support process owners.~crlf~~crlf~Maintains a solid Controls framework through oversight, monitoring, assessing risks, and validating results.~crlf~~crlf~
- 0-1 years of experience required: Strong analytical skills; experience in process documentation and measurement; MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of basic project management practices.~crlf~~crlf~Fixed line/Policy Holder Services experience preferred - not required.~crlf~~crlf~- 2-3 years of experience preferred: Operations, Technology, Insurance/Financial services experience and/or relevant technical experience.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~Two-year degree required: Two-year degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
