    Promote the sale of life insurance products offered by Allianz Life and other companies, through the skilled application of concept-based education and sales techniques to independent field agents.

  • Responsabilidades

    * Promote and wholesale life insurance products through suggestive sales techniques to surpass both profitability and agent recruiting goals on an individual and team basis.~crlf~* Acquire and maintain current knowledge of life insurance products being marketed industry-wide; apply this intelligence to finding expanded business opportunities and having more informed conversations with agent customers.~crlf~* Provide agents with product information, illustrations, sales and ideas and materials necessary for agent to make effective presentations. Be familiar with licensing and contracting required for an agent to offer specific products for sale. Understand (in detail) life insurance, needs analysis and tax code relating to the products being sold. Have general competency in annuity, long-term care and other insurance product concepts.~crlf~* Introduce agents to the firm’s value-added programs and their benefits. Identify new agent prospects and maintain contact with both potential and existing agent relationships as appropriate. Maintain up-to-date records in company CRM.~crlf~* Provide agents with support and problem solving in any areas needed.

    * 2-3 years experience in financial sales and/or insurance sales~crlf~* Experience wholesaling in financial services or life insurance preferred~crlf~* MN Life License required or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment~crlf~* Four-year degree or equivalent experience required
