LEC Sr Analyst - Training and Communications
Knowledgeable in marketing, communications, or adult learning methods. Can work with leaders and subject matter experts to bring creative delivery of complex topics to the masses through various methods and modalities. Highly organized and with the ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments. Responsible for meeting planning logistics and tracking. May take direction from more senior positions and take part in special assignments/projects as needed.
Facilitation and execution of the annual communications plan – ensuring communication of relevant topics through various modes is done timely and creatively ~crlf~~crlf~Supports leadership and content owners with the creation of materials – presentation decks, articles, blogs, etc~crlf~~crlf~Manages the Training and Communications workflow management tool – training people how to use it, monitors and prioritizes submissions, tracks all final versions of documents~crlf~~crlf~Acts as Divisional Engagement and Fun Champion – including planning meetings and special events, coordinating employee engagement activities, program responsibilities for division ERC, coordinating departmental and divisional meeting content and scheduling~crlf~~crlf~Ensuring training and communications timing and content meet all applicable regulatory requirements~crlf~~crlf~Partner with HR Learning & Development on the development and deployment of eLearning content~crlf~~crlf~Responsible for coordinating logistics for major meetings and events, including attendance tracking, securing meeting location, managing technology, etc.~crlf~~crlf~Actively brainstorms and executes on creative ways to keep our topics top of mind with our employees – i.e. online games, surveys, café activities~crlf~~crlf~Ensures proper documentation and follow up happens to meet all training target completion rates~crlf~~crlf~
2-4 years of experience required - in Marketing, Communications, or Training~crlf~Four-year degree required - in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience~crlf~~crlf~
