Director of Illustration Development

    Responsible for leading the strategy, process design/oversight, evolution, development and implementation of the Enterprise product illustration system along with managing illustrations team. This includes all integrations with internal and external systems. This role leads the team that executes the implementation process and provides the delivery and~crlf~management of the system. The enterprise illustrations system includes point of sale illustrations for all product lines (FIA, Variable, Life) but also includes integration with third party tools, marketing concepts, and the inforce illustration process. This role will also lead the cross-collaborative efforts to define a strategic plan for the illustrations team that~crlf~includes development/adherence to an intake process, communications with key stakeholders, and quality/testing. The role will work closely with the team, illustrations vendor (providing direction and setting priorities) and senior leaders to identify opportunities to enhance use of the illustration system as part of the sales and customer experience processes. The role will also provide oversight and management of the vendor relationships and software budget.
