Account Services Representative/Sr - Enterprise Producer Services
Seasoned Operations employee responsible for proactive communication and education for producers, FMO's, Broker Dealers and Registered Reps. Independently manages book of business requests and handling of highly complex situations while maintaining a collaborative approach. Successfully influences business results by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, recommending process improvements and influencing digital adoption. Accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. Uses sound judgement to make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz. Examples, based on business need: 1) decision maker on the suitability of a sale; 2) face to face interactions with producers and registered reps; 3) team lead, subject matter expert or on-the-job trainer; 4) key resource for department projects and initiatives; 5) combination of 1 through 4. **Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives. **
-Actively seeks areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business. Accurately applies extensive process knowledge to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution.~crlf~~crlf~-Respond to and process highly complex customer service requests and inquires by applying extensive department knowledge of business, products and customers. Follow established practices and standards while meeting or exceeding quality and service levels.~crlf~~crlf~-Act as a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provides training and coaching to other employees.* *% of time may be adjusted depending upon business need.~crlf~~crlf~-Communicates with the field including training and education; obtain/clarify customer information and/or concerns as it relates to a policy or sale. Depending on business area, this may include Field Suitability Officers; producers, Broker Dealers, registered reps or customers to educate on Allianz processes.~crlf~~crlf~
Experience:~crlf~2-3 years of experience required: In Allianz Operations or Distribution~crlf~~crlf~4-5 years of experience preferred: In multiple areas in Allianz Operations or Distribution~crlf~~crlf~Required Skillsets: ~crlf~-Advanced Excel – vLookup, Pivot Tables, data manipulation, macros are preferred~crlf~-Project leadership/management – ability to lead and manage a project from start to finish with little direction~crlf~-Process Improvement focus – ability to recognize and recommend areas for process improvement.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~Two-year degree required: Business or equivalent experience~crlf~Four-year degree preferred: Business or general education~crlf~~crlf~**If Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date Variable-related activities commence.~crlf~~crlf~
