Account Services Representative/Assoc. - Enterprise Producer Services
Supports key producer services, including paying commissions, onboarding producers, and maintaining producer files, by performing a mixture of risk management, process improvement, and production functions. Responsible for analyzing problems and recommending solutions, assessing risks, testing key department controls and data analysis. May own some ongoing, “run the business’ processes including confirming the completeness and accuracy of daily commission payments, as well as be asked to execute ad hoc assignments as business needs dictate.

Required Skillsets:~crlf~ ~crlf~-Advanced Excel – Fluent in the use of formulas (vLookup, match, concatenate, etc.) and using pivot tables and charts to analyze and report upon large sets of data.~crlf~~crlf~-Project leadership/management – ability to lead and manage a project from start to finish with little direction.~crlf~~crlf~-Process Improvement focus – Motivated by a desire to understand “Why?”, and by resolving problems, inefficiencies, and risks.~crlf~~crlf~-Flexibility – willing to take on new responsibilities or learn new capabilities to fill a key department need. Able to effectively adapt to unplanned changes in priority.~crlf~~crlf~-Pioneering spirit – Enjoys questioning the status quo and driving process improvements. Excited to learn new things and become the department expert.~crlf~~crlf~-Excellent communicator – must understand their audience and the level of detail needed to communicate effectively.~crlf~~crlf~-Sense of urgency – Recognizes when additional or heightened action is warranted to achieve desired outcomes, or avoid undesired ones. Maintains a strong outcome focus – making sure deadlines are not compromised.~crlf~~crlf~-Ability to work independently or in group settings to achieve goals.~crlf~~crlf~Experience:~crlf~-Two to three years of experience working in an Operations environment. Three to five years preferred.~crlf~~crlf~-Familiarity with commissions, producer hierarchies, and producer requirements a plus.~crlf~~crlf~-Familiarity with risks and controls in an operations environment preferred.~crlf~~crlf~Education:~crlf~-Two-year degree required: Business or equivalent experience~crlf~-Four-year degree preferred: Business or general education~crlf~~crlf~
