Regulatory Operations Analyst (f/m/d)
We are seeking a new member to join our Trade & Position Life Cycle Team in Europe. This covers both derivatives and non-derivatives middle office functions.~crlf~~crlf~You will cover daily Operational regulatory project tasks around EMIR regulations and Securities Financing Transaction Regulations (SFTR). ~crlf~~crlf~You will be involved in local and international oversight control functions around regulatory projects which have impact on the Operations processes.~crlf~~crlf~We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships and drive results in our business environment.
You will be the main contact for the Front Office Department, External Providers & Internal Operations stakeholders on various wide ranging issues and queries relating to Regulatory Operational activities, such as EMIR and SFTR~crlf~##(EMIR - Oversight control of collateral including substitution and settlement, dispute management, interaction with external managers and liaising with regulator/provider where required)~crlf~##(SFTR - for securities lending and repo transactions: oversight for delegated reporting regarding external providers and trade repository, error handling including pairing / matching, interaction with legal and reporting providers and static data maintenance)~crlf~## Manage and/or escalate conflicts, issues with respective stakeholders, being proactive~crlf~## Build credible, trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization~crlf~## Work with the internal IT teams to ensure any data interfaces are understood and potential changes are documented and successfully executed ~crlf~## Be particularly analytical and rigorous while performing tasks and meeting deadlines~crlf~## Participation on ad hoc projects/initiatives related to the department~crlf~## Make recommendations to management on processes and technology improvements~crlf~## Write and/or update operational procedures~crlf~~crlf~
## Experience in Middle Office activities and in particular in Regulatory Reporting and/or Collateral Management~crlf~## Understand the full trade life cycle including an awareness of middle and back office functions / processes and their touch points with the front office and downstream~crlf~## Ability to analyze data and resolve complex problems while being delivery focused~crlf~## Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple providers and functions such as Trading~crlf~## Solid understanding of the data required to support functions within the investment process – both in the Back and the Middle Office~crlf~## Creative and hands-on, ready to think outside the box and add input / challenge to improve existing workflows~crlf~## Excellent interpersonal skills~crlf~## Be a strong team player in a Global organisation~crlf~## High motivation and positive work attitude~crlf~## Very rigorous and organized and flexible to change~crlf~## Ability to work independently~crlf~## Languages : Excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory. French and/or German are a plus~crlf~## Good knowledge of Emir is a plus~crlf~## VBA skills is a plus~crlf~~crlf~
